Professional SugarLearning Certification

We recommend that each organization have at least one certified SugarLearning Admin. As a reward, each person will, upon successful completion, receive 6 months of SugarLearning Basic (valued at $60) for free.

Step 1

Log into your SugarLearning admin account.

1. Create a module titled “Certification Test” with:
   • A learning item using a video
   • A learning item that points to important documentation
   • A learning item that requires approval to complete
2. Make it public and assign it to yourself.

Step 2

Send an email to info@ssw.com.au. Answer these questions with supporting screenshots:

• Show your “Certification Test” module in the admin view.
• Explain how you would:
  • Add a user or group and assign them a module
  • Access and interpret the completion report for a user
• Scenario 1: You’ve made a change to a SugarLearning item and want everyone in the company to re-complete it.
  How do you re-issue the item?
• Scenario 2: You want to make a module visible only to one team.
  How do you configure that?

Step 3

We will review your email and if successful, you will receive a badge from Credly.

Once received, add the badge to your LinkedIn and tell us via email. (TODO ASK ADAM)
